The Samsung Galaxy S III & Galaxy S4 meantime got their Android 4.3 Jelly Bean latest & at the moment a report by a Twitter user Bhanu advice's the Galaxy Note II is following in line.This Android 4.3 build for the phablet hurt Samsung service centers, hinting which the OTA update is oncoming.
